I came into the Bondi Junction Westfield Sephora store wanting to look at some perfume and when I picked up a bottle to smell it the glass bottle was shattered and cut my finger open, it immediately started bleeding, I told a staff member (Elle B) and asked for a Band-Aid but she was already seeming very dismissive and like we had put her out of her way to get a Band-Aid so my finger would stop bleeding. She went and grabbed me a Band-Aid and didn’t even say sorry or mention anything about the bottle. Then when she returned with the Band-Aid she said “here” and took the bottle off me still not apologising at all for the situation and walked off as if I had done something wrong. I usually have great experiences at Sephora and the staff are usually helpful but today I was extremely disgusted with the behaviour and dismissed by the staff

I got my full glam done by Farnanda. She was experienced, knowledgeable and just amazing at her work. My make up lasted all night. Super happy with the experience

Staff had great knowledge of products. Provided samples when we weren't sure on colours. Some much variety and plenty of stocked products not available in other stores.

I went to Sephora Bondi Junction today to purchase some items, but when I went to purchase my items at the registers and gave them my account they "informed me" my account was fake and had been flagged! I have so many points on my account they've lost a gold member customer, will definitely be shopping elsewhere.

Poor customer service and not all the products had prices on them. Staff did not make me feel welcome or like I could even ask how much something was. There are better makeup stores in the area.

The guy named Luke with the septum piercing and curly hair in a bun is such a vibe. He literally knew me and my friends shade by just looking at us and he put some makeup on us and it looked so good. He helped me pick out a product that I wanted to buy as a gift and I’m so happy w my decision the product is amazing and durable and also if you are a brown skin girly I recommend you get the Natasha Demona lip pencil shade Nala let me tell you it’s AMAZING. Overall the guy made me and my friends day he was so nice and he gave us some makeup advice and made us look so GOOD. The checkout girl Katie was also such a good vibe to end with she was so nice and engaging and she was such a slay. Literally this is the only Sephora I’ll be going to now. ☺️
